PFV_AUD_EMITTER_NOTIFY (deprecated)

Syntax:

On Entry:

notif_type: Notification type:; 0: Property value change has occurred. notif_buf is a pointer to an EMITTER_NOTIF_PROP_CHANGE structure.
notif_buf: Notification buffer. The contents of this buffer are dependent upon notif_type.
emitter_data: Emitter-specific data

This function is invoked by the audit facility for each configuration change that occurs for the emitter after it has been initialised.
