Event manager has detected that performance monitoring has been disabled.

- M & M is disabled.
- Resolution:
- Use the registry editor program, regedit, to delete the key value or set it to 0. Check the "library" entry is pointing to
the correct version of cas0perf.dll. Check the server's console.log file for monitoring and management messages. Shut down
and restart your server.
