Directory Servers

To add a new directory server:

1. Click Add.

   This opens the Directory Server dialog box.

2. In the Name field, type the name of your directory server.
3. In the Host field, type the name of the host or IP address. If you are connecting via TLS, type one of the Subject Alternate Name (SAN), or Common Name of the certificate that the server is using.
4. Optionally, in the Port field, you can modify the default port number.
5. Optionally, in the Description field, type a short description.
   Note: The description is displayed in the directory servers list.
6. Click Save.

You can edit or remove directory servers by clicking the appropriate icon at the far right of a directory server row.

The status of each directory server is displayed when you hover over the server icon on the far left of the directory server row.
